The Normex ADOXPOL™ system has been developed with the food industry in view, but the principle can be used in virtually all wastewater treatment. One of our main goals has been to create a system that eliminates the present problem of handling and storing of environmentally harmful chemicals. This means of course a significant reduction in operating costs and the discharge of cleaned/purified water. Our solution is based on a combination of known methods such as filtering, flocculating and oxidation. The key lies in the way these methods are combined, for best by-product recovery all pollution must be treated as early as possible and if possible where it originates, in that way it is recovered at its best value. That will result in a cleaner wastewater with less solute organic material. All this is also good for the treatment system as there will be lower values of Fat & Grease, SS, COD,BO N & P. Again that means lower operational cost on the waste water treatment system. To meet those demands we have through extensive research developed the ADOXPOL system. Our patent injection and mixing system and ozone is a key factor in the system. Ozone is a strong oxidizing agent which provides a major contribution towards a cleaner environment and safe sanitation systems. Ozone affects microbial membranes and denatures metabolic enzymes. Ozone- enriched water kills microbes effectively and is an effective biocide.
